The Team at Scribbles
Scribbles believes that the best way for children to develop and grow with us is by having the very best quality practitioners who work in the setting. All of our team have appropriate qualifications, training and skills to have a clear understanding of their role and responsibilities.
We have regular supervision with our team to provide opportunities to identify and discuss any issues, particularly those concerning children’s development and well-being and identify solutions to address those issues as they arise. Our Supervision fosters a culture of mutual support, teamwork and continuous improvement, which encourages the confidential discussion of sensitive issues.
Each member of staff receives a full induction informing them of their role and responsibilities including information about emergency evacuation procedures, safeguarding, child protection, our equality policy, and health and safety issues. Our team can access both Local Authority training as well as external providers and most importantly in house bespoke training to support the setting and its needs.
Induction & Training
Keyworker roles and responsibilities are a crucial part of taking care of your child together. Our practitioners ensure that they completely know your child and can share this with you, through daily handovers, tapestry, meetings that you may request and our Parents evenings.
